Detection Loop Installation on 83 Street

AREA 4 Overnight Lane Closures AREA 4 83 Street Between Argyll Road and 76 Avenue Starting on or about June 29, 2020 crews will be installing Detection Loops on 83 Street from Argyll Road to 76 Avenue. Detection loops are cut into the road and connected to the traffic cabinet. When a vehicle drives over the loop, or stops on the loop, it will activate the traffic changes.
